(Vienna) Hundred years ago in the year before the Frist World War started the Waldhof-plan was making rumors. In simple words - the german nationalists in the Austrohungarian Empire wanted to seperate the german speaking art of Austria and settle out the Czech people into Transsylvania.
One way to make this the supervision of prisions should be tranferred to the Army and would have become a common subject then. Then Czech prisions would transferred to the far east of Hungary and would come free with the agree to settle there.
